You have everything you need to heal already within you. All you need now are the tools to help you tap into that healing. It's not easy. You have to be willing to let go of some current beliefs, your ego, & your stories. You have to be disciplined in taking actions every day. But over time, around a month, you will notice big changes. Faster if you have more time to dedicate to it, but a regular person who has a fulltime job and family can learn and practice these skills in a month to transform your life. This is not new age speculation. It's backed by science. If that's the case - why isn't everyone doing it? Because it's hard. You have to give up who you THINK you are now, to understand who you really are.
